At Meridian Coffee Company our goal is simple.  We are committed to providing the highest quality, fresh roasted coffee at a fair price.  To ensure the best coffee possible, we carefully select only high grown Arabica coffee.  After sampling (cupping,) we then consider freshness, bean condition, method of cultivation and processing prior to purchasing a coffee for our customers.  We roast our coffee in a state of the art, gas fired drum roaster in small batches according to the time-tested tradition of slow roasting.  Our roasting process preserves the unique character and freshness of the coffee bean.  Through careful and constant attention, coffee of optimal flavor, aroma and consistency is produced.  Our coffee is a labor of love-we absolutely guarantee you satisfaction.
